Approximately 5+ years ago, I relocated to Kingston after retiring. At that time I took an apartment at Birches of Chambers. I had a great apartment with a Little extra alcove overlooking Chambers school playground. During my time at Birches, I was voted president of their senior club, and ran Bingo every Thursday night for the seniors. My stay at Birches was great and I made many new friends. Lovely high quality apartments you could never tell they are affordable housing and the best part is the company really cares about the residents that live in their communities.
What a wonderful choice for those of us that more "mature"! With the quality of life being paramount, I recently referred close friends to the Birchez! They were welcomed and treated so nicely! It's so important to have projects like Birchez in our community. Thanks again for the great service and attractive homes that you create!
High standards are evident in the way Birchez Associates builds, but more important are the multiple ways this company cares for its seniors.
Theifs, liars ! They charge you for painting supply's and labor when you leave the apartment - THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW IN NYS! Won a court issue and still did not refund the money back ! Do not live in any of their complexes ! Very well know by all tenants they do not return security deposits ! Go by all different business names !
