Pleasant stay here. Manager is nice. Neighbors are friendly too. The place is kid-friendly. Quiet area and near grocery stores too.
I am living in birches apartments, this is very calm place to live and the manager Fred is very nice personality with everyone also the Owner is very responsible person.
Nice complex, Havent seen roaches until 8 months in, Maintenance always came quick (Johnny) was very kind but a short Mexican lady who lives in the apartments and manages the laundry room and parking lot got him fired some months ago he did nothing wrong was an honest man. This is rude she tows guests cars or even your own if you tell your guest they can park in your spot. They don’t warn unless you come out to a towed car or almost towed. She talks about tenants to you and smile in their face she will lock your clothes in t... read more

I have lived here for 6 years since they keep raising the rent section 8 is no longer being accepted so I'm forced to move. Is no longer safe there has been 2 shootings on the property and just the other day it was a home invasion the site manager lashanda is great she tries her best with what she has to work with..
