Professional & Reliable I had contacted 2 other companies before Birchcrest and neither of them returned my calls. One finally did an estimate and set a date to complete the work but never showed up! House Looks Great I was very satisfied with the work done by Birchcrest Tree & Landscape. The front of my house looks great with new mulch, a new shrub, and the other shrubs trimmed. Terrible expereince Our neighbor and myself and my wife had a dangersous tree removed from between our properties. Both our neighbors and my wife and I are home renters through a management company. Nonetheless we pay quite a bit to rent our home and we also plan on purchasing this home very shortly, so we have put quite alot of our own money into the home and yard. Landscaping done right Birchcrest Tree and Landscape always meets my expectations. Mulch delivery is always prompt and tree removal and stump grinding prices are very affordable.
Great on Customer Service Although I did not use their services, and I haven't done anything yet. But I called them for an estimate and they were not the expensive for what I wanted done. They were professional and explained what they could and couldn't do, they even offered additional advise for landscaping. As I near a making a descion Birchcrest is high on my list that I will give them my business.
