Just a heads-up for anyone moving in here: make sure you go through the move-in inspection very carefully and take lots of photos. I was charged for some items when I moved out that I believe were already in poor condition when I moved in, including burnt-out light bulbs and repainted cabinets around the bathroom basin and kitchen sink. More to add: they replied here for others to see they are responding, but they have never called me or send an email, even reply the email I sent at the day I was waiting in front of the building. There is no explanation at all! Can’t believe how can businesses doing this today? I can’t believe any Canadian business would do so 10 years ago! The economy drove everyone crazy. great place.
Me and my boyfriend just had the pleasure of moving into the building recently and we love it here! The area is great, building is quiet and unit is spacious. The view of downtown is stunning. Office girls and maintenance are always super friendly and helpful.
Can't say much about the building itself but the property management company who runs the building is a complete joke. Would not recommend.
