great place.
Me and my boyfriend just had the pleasure of moving into the building recently and we love it here! The area is great, building is quiet and unit is spacious. The view of downtown is stunning. Office girls and maintenance are always super friendly and helpful.
Can't say much about the building itself but the property management company who runs the building is a complete joke. Would not recommend.
Me and my wife has been living at Birchcrest since 2022 and overall our experience has been very positive. The neighbours are friendly, the building is quiet, and the location is extremely convenient with easy access to transit, groceries, and daily essentials. Management has always been responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything. We will be moving out at the end of December due to a personal relocation, but I genuinely enjoyed my time living here and would recommend Birchcrest to anyone looking for a safe and comfort... read more
