I had a great experience with this leasing office from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to answer my questions. The leasing process was smooth and straightforward, which made moving much less stressful. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. We moved here five months ago. There were a few things that needed fixing, and Serra helped us always very kind and professional.
Scheduled an appointment for a tour and they said they had to reschedule because they couldn’t make it. Showed up at the rescheduled date and time and got straight up ghosted. We tried contacting them she they wouldn’t respond to texts or answer the phone. Avoid this place if this is how they treat prospective tenants.
I was worried it might be serious, so I asked for help the same day and received it. Thank you so much.
