Paul Birch Tree Service is not reliable. Mr. Birch made the finance assessment and appointment time and day and then missed two separate appointments there after. He called once to say he would be there the next day and never showed up nor did he call to reschedule. After the second day of calling his office multiple times, he failed to return any of my calls. Did a great job ! Extremely professional...reasonable rates...and left ABSOLUTELY NO DEBRIS ! Will definatly call on again for all our tree service needs as well as recommend to friends and family
