Doesn't even deserve the star. Property Manager ignores complaints about drug activity. Disposed of fentanyl contaminated furniture in the public trash. Openly admitted she received reports of large amounts of meth on the property. But spends her time pursuing people, issuing violations for their pets, grills and signs on their doors. Trisha Chunn the property manager will tell other tenants all of your business. She makes personal friendships with her tenants and allows those friendships to compromise her job. She allows some tenants to break rules and then persecutes others for very similar situations. Recently we were told we had to take our chairs inside when we were not using them. Do not rent here! Do not rent here! Do not rent here! These people are just wrong, they will have you living in mold with broken appliances. Roach infested to boot. The property manager does not care if you're not certain tenants, your complaints are never heard and your maintenance requests ignored. The property manager is very unprofessional and biased. Never returns calls and takes months for repairs that don't actually get repaired just temporary fixes. Can't reach anyone at the after hours emergency maintenance ever. We've gone weeks without hot water and 6 months now without our washer being repaired. Even our toilet was broke over a month
