I had my first hair cut here today and I’m glad I came! This salon is a gem! Delia cut and styled my hair today and she was so wonderful! She really took her time cutting my hair and even offered to diffuse my hair. She explained the process step by step so I could learn to do it at home. She was great and I appreciate the time she took to offer products and the beautiful hair cut I received!
Terrible haircut. I've honestly had better cuts at Hair Cuttery. The stylist clearly didn't know how to do what I asked for, even though I emphasized it at the beginning and kept mentioning it throughout the cut. I kind of wanted to walk out at the beginning but felt trapped because of their cancellation policy. The front desk person was really unfriendly- almost rude- when I left. Feeling really ripped off and embarrassed by this cut. First and last time at Birch Salon.
A+ balayage and cut with Delia
Took my daughter to have her hair cut and styled and she absolutely loved it !!!!! Finding a salon to handle her hair has been a bit of a chore and now she knows exactly who can do it !!!!
