Very happy with our new eye doctor. The atmosphere is clean and technology is up to date and the staff and doctor are pleasant and knowledgeable.
Ordered glasses for my daughter, I called as it was over the 2 weeks they told me it would take. They told me the lens didn’t fit the glasses and they had to send them back and reorder them. It’s going to take up to another 2 weeks. I never received a call, an email or any notification. My husbands glasses were ordered the same day and those aren’t in either. I understand there was a holiday but to get 1 of 2 pair and then get none in the 2 week quote. Bad customer service
