Jennifer Birch is one of the kindest and most dedicated persons I have had the pleasure of working with. Jennifer is attentive and extremely knowledgeable in her field and I could not recommend her services more highly.
Please understand that this review was made without me following up with the doctor, and therefore some of my perception may be incorrect. That said, not all of it required a follow-up to fairly reflect upon it. My experience with Jennifer Birch is as follows: She returned my call fairly promptly which was nice. However, she initially could not hear me on the phone. The tone she took when she told me she could not hear me was incredibly rude and abrasive. Nurse Birch has been my therapist since 2014 I believe. She has been an excellent listener, incredibly compassionate, very careful and professional in her prescribing medications and following up. I feel I wouldn't be in my current healthier happier space with her skill and compassion. She's been invaluable to my healing.
