Screw this place wish I could give 0 stars. Office screwed us over when we moved out of there. BS fees and not true to their word. When original company sold to this new Avana everything went downhill. People are already down bad and they kick you when you’re already down. Not surprised from a Washington company. Chris is definitely the guy from corporate as well was very rude. The whole company seems like nasty people. Avoid avoid avoid!!
Beautiful place.
Ever since the new parent company bought this property it has been hell to live here. There has been nonstop construction for six months to fix cosmetic changes like painting the exterior and added inconvenient carports that you have the pay monthly for with already very little parking available. They also refuse to fix any of the safety lights, many with exposed live wire that line the property and parking lot even after maintenance requests have been submitted; this was never an issue under previous owners. We've been residents for about five years and it's a nice property. They keep up on the maintenance and landscaping. Management does a great job of informing us about projects on the property that impact us. The neighbors are respectful allowing us to get a good night's sleep. Really can't find anything to complain about. Would recommend to a friend.
