Just moved into Avana and there were a few things we noticed upon moving into the place. Put in my work orders and got Shawn…such a great guy. Was so helpful and knowledgeable when showing me what and how he was fixing the issues. Always checked in and was just all around great. I feel very confident if I have issues that pop up with the place. Greystar you have a very valuable asset in Shawn. Thank you!
While we didn't end up going with one of the apartments here, we were really impressed by the place and it was a hard decision to make. The recently renovated apartments were very nice, we loved the plans the new owner company has for the place, and the location is convenient while still feeling well kept. The woman who showed us the place, Ali, was fantastic! She answered any questions we had and made us feel welcome right off the bat. This seems like it would be a great choice to move to.
Shawn was super quick, attentive and friendly with fixing my dryer. I really appreciate the help!
