Love living here! Quiet, safe, and well-kept. Staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the location is super convenient. Though it took some time for the updates to the property after Greystar took over, I’m loving the new look and car ports! Would highly recommend!
Wow, what can I say. Morgan was excellent! Applied on Friday, and I moved in by Sunday. It was all quick and easy process. Thank you Morgan! Edit this was for 10/01/2024 when it was Birch Pointe Now that Greystar took over, this review is for 09/01/2024 God where can I start, first all Marie Novello Eck is useless , she can’t even follow GreyStar policy. On the other hand Ally is nice and she does her job great. Don’t move here, avoid Avana Birch Pointe!
