It was heart warming and very caring. The staff was very nice, and we had events that were a lot of fun!
If you are looking for a facility for your loved one, please cross this one off your list. I will not go in to details of what they did to my dad however, there are many other reviews here that had similar horrible experiences as he did. The disgraceful & unprofessional care my dad received goes beyond neglect or abuse, it was downright criminal. Seems to be a great place to rehab. Very clean, rehab team is great, food was pretty bland to say the least. My only problem with them was we gave them checks after my sister in laws stay and we were told we were paid in full. Then we received a bill for over $800 which they tried to charge up an up charge because they had a cost increase AFTER she left. They waived that charge after confronting them. Then another bill and another all for bogus charges!! If you go here to rehab , watch your bills closley!!
Very nice place. My Grandpa is staying here now and it's very clean and very nice large private room with a huge bathroom. The therapists do a really good job working with him in mobility. When I'm old I would want to stay there because it's so nice and clean. Employees seem to really care about their patients welfare here
