The staff are super friendly and gentle <3
I have not seen a dentist in many years. I found Birchpoint Dental to be a very welcoming and friendly environment. Very happy with my initial experience. Dr Coulson explained everything as he proceeded and was gentle. He did not seem to be in a rush to move on to his next patient. Had another positive experience at Birch Point Dental Clinic yesterday.
I had a huge phobia with dentists, major bad experiences. I went to Birch Point Dental, not only did they have the most wonderful staff but the ease I was put at was amazing. The only thing is I wish I would have gone sooner, they are amazing. The dentist is gentle, and very nice. I would recommend Birch Point to everyone.
It was my first time getting my teeth cleaned, so I was a little nervous. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The hygienist did a thorough examination and constantly checked in with me throughout the cleaning, pausing to make sure I was doing okay. They were kind, patient, and professional. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them!
