It was my first time getting my teeth cleaned, so I was a little nervous. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The hygienist did a thorough examination and constantly checked in with me throughout the cleaning, pausing to make sure I was doing okay. They were kind, patient, and professional. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them!
Staff and services have been fantastic every visit. Can absolutely recommend these folks to anyone looking for a clean and professional and friendly dentist. Hadn’t gone to a dentist in a long long time and after the first visit haven’t felt nervous about a dentist appointment with them once.
First visit to Birch Point Dental Clinic. Very impressed! It was very clean & staff was welcoming, professional, and very efficient. I appreciated them being transparent by providing me with a breakdown of tests/costs that I would be getting. Kudo’s to Dr. Carlson and staff for providing excellent service to their patients.
Great experience with birch point dental. Very understanding of any type of dental anxiety and very knowledgeable about all types of dental treatments and care. Both the hygienist and dentist were gentle and reassuring. Office was immaculately clean and inviting. Overall wish I could give more than 5 stars.
This is the best dentist in town, no one is any better!!! I chipped a tooth and Ally, the receptionist, got me in quick!! I was late getting to my appointment and the dentist still fixed my tooth!! Everyone at Birch Point are amazing!! Thank you so much!!
