They did extensive work for my family placing a custom retaining wall, hydroseeding a yard, Patio, Front walk, driveway, and landscaping. Their professionalism and attention to detail set them apart from other companies I had worked with in the past. The owner Adam also had an artistic eye when it came to designs for our projects. They did such a nice job that I hired them again this summer to do more work.
I had an excellent experience with Adam - Birch Lake Landscaping. First of all, after notifying him of my interest through friendly and professional office staff, Adam got back to me the next day. He said he would meet with me at the end of his workday and he was there and at the time he said. We had Adam come and hydro seed areas where trees had been removed. He and his crew came and did the job and when they left reassured that if the seed did not “ pop” to call and they would take care of the problem. Well only some of the seed germinated I was told it took 90 days. After 90 days it was no better. Was then told no warranty because he didn’t maintain the yard. I guess a person is only as good as their word and on this project his word is worthless. What a waste of $1250.00.
Adam kept every commitment he made in our contract. Took 100% pride in everything he did. Went above and beyond knowing that I was on physical restrictions. Setting my sprinklers up for me to keep new plants watered. All around amazing person and an example of customer service and restores faith in being a consumer. I plan to continue to work with and referring him to others!
Had birch lake landscaping out to do my yard clean up and they did amazing job would totally hire them again I would give them 10 stars if I could👍👍
