I am glad to share ur my experience about Birch Hills staff in Fort Saskatchewan during 2024 and 2025, as it was a great experience where I got all the possible support and help from the staff. They are professional, fair and easy to deal with and to get the best support. They went above and beyond and made the stay enjoyable. I finally got some time after figuring out the situation i landed because of the sloppy management they have dealing with tenants. Rachel Krahn DOES NOT KNOW how to deal. So mistakes are made and dealt with, and yes, it is not the end of the world. But when i brought up to the management that the apartment i was shown and i agreed to move in and signed lease for was bigger than the one you are moving me in was not taken seriously as i was told to wait till the end of the day 6 pm and it will be sorted out.
