I finally got some time after figuring out the situation i landed because of the sloppy management they have dealing with tenants. Rachel Krahn DOES NOT KNOW how to deal. So mistakes are made and dealt with, and yes, it is not the end of the world. But when i brought up to the management that the apartment i was shown and i agreed to move in and signed lease for was bigger than the one you are moving me in was not taken seriously as i was told to wait till the end of the day 6 pm and it will be sorted out. Modern day scam is being run by these people. They showed something else in the showhomes and when you dhow ip with all your stuff in a haul truck only to find out you have been scammed into a smaller place than what you were shown. ** Look at the actual apartment you are moving in before you put your deposit down **
Stayed here for 2years and have had nothing but problems, first they moved us into a different unit and completely different building then we were shown, then there was damage to the floor in said unit and it took them a year to come replace it, kept harassing us over “pet droppings” which was cat food, and to top it off maintenance continues to park in the fire lane behind my parking spot which makes it hard to pull in and out. 5/5 Stars! We made the move from Yellowknife to Fort Saskatchewan in 2020. We choose Birchhills Landing as our new home, and it's been an exceptional experience! The building is impeccably maintained, and the customer service is top-notch. I'm impressed by the various support channels available - chat, phone, or email directly to management. The parking stall where I park didn’t have any electricity so I was unable to plug in my vechicle and keep the block heater warm so the moved me to another parking stall but people kept parking there then they said that it’s their fault and that is a stall for commercial vechicles so they moved me back to my original parking stall and charged me $25.00 . The heat does work sometimes and it isn’t working now. The floor is uneven like it’s sinking. There is no justice here.
