The staff at birch hills are so helpful and the people on the maintenance crew are awesome!
The apartments themselves are nice and I haven't ran into any issues yet. I will say that the shower water temperature varies which can be frustrating. Also some tenants do not pick up their dog's poop but other than this, management has been very responsive and the apartments are clean and sturdy!
Management and maintence were both very responsive. I enjoyed living here for a year.
Expensive and very bad service.
