Management has been easy to work with and the apartments are nice. Apartments are some of the smallest I've ever lived in, rooms can fit a queen bed and a dresser MAX, and even then I can't pull the dresser drawers out all the way. The rooms are really made more for a twin bed. Living room is very limited on space for furniture, you can fit either 2 chairs or a small couch. Dining area can fit a 2 person table at most. Lived in a Birch Hills two bedroom for a few years and had a great experience, we loved the hardwood floors and the dog park that was on property. Staff is always friendly and helpful with any issue. Would definitely recommend to everyone
Management has been easy to work with and the apartments are nice. Their policies around parking can be quite annoying as you have to regularly upload your registration and insurance. The biggest thing for me is the total lack of bike racks or places to store your bike. They require you to carry them up the stairs into your apartment and store them on your porch, something thats really inconvenient if you live on the third floor and especially if you use a heavy bike, and nearly impossible to do as just one person. Management and the maintenance guy here is great. My only complaints are that this area isn’t very secure. I’ve had people sneak and look into my windows, I’ve had my laundry stolen here, and people tend not to pick up their dog poop. Nothing wrong with the company or building itself, more so the people that wander around here. My only other complaint/advice would not to live on the bottom floor next to Magpie forest. The management is very responsive and friendly; they resolve the issues in a very professional manner. What impresses me most is the consistency of their service.
