I was extremely rushed at this nail salon. I am not sure why, it was completely empty, and I had also made an appointment in advance. $30 for a pedicure, and the woman did not cut my cuticles, did not scrub my heels, and also did not give me a massage. So basically I paid $30 for her just to change the polish on my toes. When it was time to pay, I asked the woman if I could put a tip on the card which was 20%, she said yes and asked how much I was putting on the card and did not even say thank you as if I owed her more. Spent over $80 here on mani/pedi with YOUNG and a 15 minute massage on a Thursday. Tried to upsell me on several occasions making the experience awkward and uncomfortable. Then, when I was paying, they told me I had to tip in cash. Since I had no cash on hand, I had to use their ATM machine. She explicitly told me there was NO FEE, but alas, she lied, and Chase charged me a $3.00 transaction fee. Young also did a very mediocre job buffing my nails. Will not be returning. Avoid this place unless you love getting rinsed.
