Jenna always goes above and beyond expectations gaining a tremendous amount of confidence in her abilities to meet our needs. Great understanding of a wide range of medical conditions coupled with her knowledge of the medical environment here in southern Maine gives her a the resources to deal with just about anything effectively highly recommend
Jenna is a knowledgeable and skilled clinician. She is down to Earth and provides a welcoming environment to establish and grow the provider/patient relationship. Her DPC practice allows the time and structure to truly focus on the preventative and health-promoting behaviors we frequently are missing in Primary Care. 10/10 recommend!
Jenna has a lovely office and immediately makes you feel welcome. No more feeling rushed along like you are just a number in a larger clinic. She takes the time to truly listen to your concerns and works with you towards your goals. I found her when I was new to the area and in need of a pcp. So glad I did. 10/10 recommend.
I followed Jenna when she left the practice she worked for and started her current direct primary care practice, Birch Hill Health. I followed her as I felt she always listened to me, took her time and was very thorough, she remembered things about my history and actually cared. Jenna is such a wonderful human and health care practitioner. She truly cares about her patients as people and always has their best interest at heart. Her practice space is comfortable, calming, and welcoming. I have had better communication and individualization of care from Jenna in the first year of care than all of my previous primary care providers combined. Such an asset to the York, ME community!
