Back in March, I had surgery and received a number of floral arrangements, but I thought the Birch Hill was just spectacular. So I signed up for one of their subscriptions. Every 2 weeks I get the most beautiful arrangement, and each one is different. Katie is super talented.

Let me start off by saying if I could leave more than 5 stars I would!! Katie did my wedding and they were the talk of the day with all of my other vendors. I had some of the catering staff come up to me and tell me they were the most gorgeous flowers at any wedding they had worked and I would have to agree. They were absolutely perfect for the day. Katie recently designed and created the flowers for my daughter’s wedding. Her customization and attention to detail were incredible. She was responsive to my daughter’s ideas and requests and had wonderful suggestions that made my daughter’s day very special. Her love for flower design shines through every aspect of her business. She was genuine, caring, and a true professional. I’m so glad we had the opportunity to work with Katie.

Over the phone, I ordered a birthday arrangement for a family member. The process was so easy, and the arrangement was beautiful. I also really appreciated that they delivered to West Bend.
