OCT, 2025: Rubin is a very courteous and professional service person. I always feel that my furnace/AC system is well cared for by Birch Heating and Cooling.
Had our fireplace cleaned and maintenance. Service man was excellent. Kept me informed, apologized for cleaning solution stink(which i know is part of the maintenance) threw his garbage away, protected carpet around fireplace. We will definitely be calling again next year.
The technician was prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly. My furnace is running perfectly now and the service was fast. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling repairs!
Everyone was great to work with! Chad made a couple house stops to ensure everything would work properly and they were very timely with the install! Great experience!
