I've been living here for two weeks, and everything has been great. Nichol and Kim have been friendly and helpful. The other tenants have been nice and welcoming. It's not easy moving to an apartment, let alone a new city. The apartment was clean and pristine. I love that there is a mail room. My last last apartment didn't have this, and you had to wait to get your packages.

I have lived in building #3 for over three years. Single woman, I LOVE it!!! I love the security and the amenities! I was the first renter in my apartment and have met lots of friendly neighbors.
I rented an apartment with BGE in Zimmerman for a year and it was a wonderful experience, the common areas and courtyards are always well kept, the pool is clean and secure, the management is top tier, and the apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and quiet! Would live here again if I went back to an apartment!
