I rented an apartment with BGE in Zimmerman for a year and it was a wonderful experience, the common areas and courtyards are always well kept, the pool is clean and secure, the management is top tier, and the apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and quiet! Would live here again if I went back to an apartment!
Had a good time good place to eat
My experience living at Birch Grove Estates was extremely disappointing. The management, particularly the landlord Kim, was consistently difficult and unprofessional to deal with. During the winter, we were threatened with a fine for a vehicle that could not be moved due to extreme cold temperatures (-12°F) and mechanical issues—something that should have been handled with more understanding and flexibility. Very comfortable and safe enviroment, and neighborhood, with all needed ammenities, at competative rates, and with excellent site Manager, a great find
I have a friend who lives at Birch Grove Estates and absolutely loves it. Very clean building and outside grounds were always kept maintained. They even have a private dog park and pool. Very spacious and modern apartment, and very reasonable.
