While we are just 15 minutes from downtown Saint Paul, the historic Bruentrup farm with its open area is located directly east of us. It is open for events and tours. The path running through the northern edge of our property also runs through the farm and is part of the Gateway Trail system.

Moved in to my apt 6 months ago and so far I love it here! My place is very spacious and has every amenity. Management is very caring and prompt. I'm happy to call this place my home and I don't plan on leaving for a while.

This is an excellent place to live and I can't recommend it enough. Management is fair, engaged, and responsive to tenants. The units and overall building are well kept and the garden plot outside is a nice plus.
