Went today for my 2 year olds first visit to get her acquainted with the process. She was very scared and nervous. From the moment we were greeted by Jamie and Jordan they tried to make her feel at ease. Taryn the assistant and Lindsay the dental hygienist also went above and beyond to get to know her and make her comfortable. They were able to get everything checked out. Doctor Birch changed his approach to make sure my daughter had the visit she needed and the information for her chart to make the visit worth while! 10/10
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Birch’s office & staff! Very reliable, professional, caring, excellent patient involvement in educating the patient on the up to date dentistry procedures to benefit the patient. Most of all doesn’t gouge the patient pocket book. Highly recommend & respect Dr. Birch!
I’m always so impressed with the service and staff at Birch Dentistry. Everyone is kind, professional, and great to be around. While sitting in my dentist chair I was looking at the pictures of the staff and how long they each have been with Birch. I was impressed with the longevity and credit it to the management! Thank you for your wonderful care and treatment.
From the time I came in the door of the office, I was treated in a professional & respectful manner. Dental visits can be stressful, but I immediately felt at ease in the overall positive environment. Everyone knew their job and always told me what to expect before each procedure. Went there for my first time. Staff is very kind and communicative! I enjoyed my trip to the dentist and I’m very happy to say my teeth are well taken care of. Scheduling is a piece of cake and I can’t wait for my next appointment! Thank you Birch Family 🤗
