Dr. Lam is exceptional at what she does! She's professional, patient, kind and takes the time to explain each procedure. She checks in throughout the appointment to ensure you're always comfortable. The office is super clean and the staff are very polite and friendly. I have nothing negative to say about Birch Dental. Thank you for the wonderful service you provide to me and my family.
Our family has been going to Birch Dental since we moved to Whitby back in 2022, and appreciate the professionalism and care provided by Dr Lam and Dr Jen as well as all the staff. They take care of all patients very well.
