You cannot beat the professionalism and the caring staff at Birch Creek. The food is delicious and the receptionist will make you feel so welcome!
This is an amazing facility. Has really improved since the reopening. Faculty is always friendly and the faces are welcoming and they have a special bond with each and every one of the residents. The care is outstanding for the low price. I've visited other facilities for my loved one, but Willowood at Mustang is by far the best. I would highly recommend this awesome facility. You will not find a better deal.
This place is a gem. We looked everywhere and this was the only place we found where compassion and care was the priority. Dad is happy, the staff is friendly and responsive to needs. We spoke to other families here prior to choosing and they all feel the same. Great place, and a blessing to Dad and our family.
Terrible food and that's if there's any left for you to eat after the employees help themselves to the food. They never had what my Grandfather wanted. Management NEVER fixes anything when you ask and the place is old and run down. They kicked my grandfather out with no place to stay and then took money out of his bank account for the rent, learn from our experience and don't put your family member here.

This place has new staff alot.. They are on there 6th-7th nurse 4th Executive Director numerous aides and cooks only a few staff that have been there since opening 18months ago!!!
A wonderful place for your love ones they're is an loving environment. Shops activities and great food, my granddad is there and enjoys it never wants to leave. They have their own private rooms and plenty activities such as boat rides, fairs, etc. there should be more places like this
