If I could give a negative star I would. Our Business has been trying since February to get them to repair our phone lines which have become so garbled conversations were horrible. Failing to be able to get through by phone or email, I called AT&T to repair. They could not since we are Birch Customers. Again, for days we tried to get Birch. When all attempts failed, we called AT&T to return to them. They changed the account, came right out, repaired the lines and the next day Birch called. Coincidence? I explained.
