I just moved out of this apartment and this place has its pros and cons. Pros: Most of the neighbors are nice, close to groceries, shopping, restaurants, Target, and Yuba Sutter Mall. Cons: The landlord and maintenance people are rarely around, always respond to work orders when they feel like it, gross cockroaches and they never fumigate the buildings, and prices went up during the COVID-19 pandemic. So, you decide if you think it's worth it to move here or not.
Infested with cockroaches. Mold. Poor Maintenance and Overpriced.
Well maintained property.Small community 28 apts.Nice surrounding neiborhood.Close to shopping and resturants.
