Placed an order and 2 days later the flowers still hadn’t been delivered. The following day they advised they had been when they hadn’t. I would never use this florist again!
I needed flowers delivered to a friend in Yass ASAP so I searched for a florist online and came across Birch and Willow. I visited their website and under Contact & Hours it said that online ordering was available 24/7 but I couldn't see any further info or a link. I emailed them to find out how to proceed but before receiving a response, came across their page on Direct2florist and placed a same-day order for over $100. 10 HOURS later I received a response from them saying they now only do events! Louise and her team have outstanding customer service- they were always ready to listen to our needs, answered questions promptly and made our experience stress free:) Well done!
Amazing customer service from the super friendly team! I was buying online from interstate and could not have found a better florist! Plus, the flowers were gorgeous and my friend loved them! What a win win - will definitely be back!
