They had me running in a loaner truck, while my truck was in the shop for some repairs. During this time, the company was retiring some old trucks, and getting new ones into the fleet. My truck ended up being one of the retired trucks,, after it left the shop, it got cleaned out, and placed for sale. They threw all my stuff away by mistake, now they refuse to pay me any compensation for my trucking gears and belongings i had in my truck🤦♀️🤦🤦. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
Transport the hell out of stuff!
I started working at BIR in March 2024. I have nothing negative to say about this company. The terminal manager Brad is very helpful if you need him. My dispatchers work with me. If I need time off I get it, or if I want extra miles I get them. There is no micro management, that I've seen.
Great company to work with. No micro management. Complete your loads and be safe. Dispatch is friendly to drivers and works well for me. Home every weekend
