I was hesitent to write such a negative review till i got a notice that Medicare no longer includes him. He is a bit better than his wife/partner md. Both never followed up with test results, referred unnecessarily and NEVER reported back with results. We happily found a 5 star new group. And we do not recommend either of the Birs. Sorry, Docs. Wish you'd been better. DO NOT USE THESE DOCS FOR MORE THAN A SLIGHT COLD. AND ONLY IF NO ONE ELE IS AVAILABLE. HE GETS 1 STAR. SHE GETS ZERO!
I’ve been a patient for a little over 2 years. I grown to trust Dr Bir. He’s very knowledgable with most health matters, and I have been pleased with him as my current PCP. Never had to wait too long to schedule an appointment — sometimes even same day or next day. He offers virtual and telephone apmnts too — for those times it’s probably best not to leave home. Dr. Arvinder Bir and his staff are quite possibly the best doctor/team I've had in awhile. He's honest, he's thorough and upfront. I am so grateful to Dr. Bir. He keeps me healthy and offers empathetic patient care. He actually cares about his patients. It's always a pleasure to go into his office. His front desk and MA are kind, friendly and helpful.
Dr, Bir is a caring, thoughtful doctor with even a little bit of humor sprinkled on each appointment. We have seen him for over 12 years and feel blessed.
