I am rating and giving this Biplane ride a 5 star rating for the experience as it was exciting and unique! After experiencing this ride it gives you a different perspective of what our pilots went through during WW-1, The pilot was patient in explaining and answering our questions! I enjoyed my ride and experience immensely!
Had a great time flying to Atlanta. What a great experience!
Pilot never showed up and the company did nothing to rectify the situation except give plenty of excuses as to why the pilot never called to reschedule. This was for my husbands 30th birthday and they ruined one of my big surprises. I do not recommend using this company.
When I initially got online to request a flight, I didn't receive a call back, no big deal I called two days later to schedule and that went well. Matt was very personable and helpful. On the day of the flight, I got a call from the pilot at 4:02pm confirming our flight (a romantic sunset ride) and pushing our arrival time from 6:00pm to 6:20pm. My boyfriend and I did the 40 minute over downtown ATL & Stone Mountain. It was an amazing time with a breathtaking view. Matt was a terrific pilot, felt very safe the whole time!
