I can't say enough good things about this location! It's always clean, organized, decorated for holidays/special days/months & comfortable. The staff. What can I say besides y'all are fantastic! It's not just the donors who are helping save lives, the employees are too! Without them, where would the donors have to go? Who wants to go somewhere else when they can go here!
I have donated 48 times. Sometimes it gets busy, otherwise no complaints. The new machines reduce the donation times. The staff are super friendly and professional. Alisha and Rachel are two of the best.
I’ve been here more than 20 times, and it consistently takes more than 3 hours for me to donate, and only 50 minutes of that is actually with a needle in my arm, the other 2 hours is waiting to get hooked up or waiting for them to take the needle out.
