Maggie was fabulous on Labor Day. I love her attention to you. She asked if I was ok when I got quiet and stared at her. She told me to let her know if I needed her. I felt safe and secure.
Maggie is absolutely wonderful she one of the main people I like to stick me and she's very funny and makes your donating experience a lot easier for new and returning doners!
This is a great location if you are interested in donating plasma. I usually have Maggie and she does a great job and is friendly and professional.
The staff are so friendly and in my opinion they do a quick job.
When I came as a new client the whole process was easy and smooth. Everyone was nice and friendly. I made it all the way to the back after 2 hrs. To be looked at by 3 ladies and then told I don't have good veins for the process. Wish this could of been done sooner. And I brought in a referral. So I loss my referral cause he was able to donate, but I wasnt. So sad. Just a recommendation. Is there anyway to check this maybe at check in or before physical. It is a long wasted day for anyone in this situation. Tia
