I have been donating plasma at this location for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been friendly and easy going.
The staff here always seem to be in positive moods, even when things are busy. Joselyn has always been encouraging and extremely cheerful. Teamwork and great customer service must be requirements to work at this place as each donation is pretty painless and always professional; yet relaxed and friendly at the same time.
