This place is a joke because a staff member can't write tattoo correctly in the system they differ me. But yet they let drug addict, drunks donate passing out in chairs, homeless smelly people. Wow not let some one health clean donate because of incompetent staff. Makes you really think about their standards and quality. I have donated for two year because one person can't put information correctly in a computer they differ me. Remember the test samples and donations. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly. First visit took exactly how long the said it would and staff seems very knowledgeable.
I have been trying to call for weeks and no one ever answers the phone. How are you supposed to get donors in if you guys never answer the phone. Straight up ridiculous if you ask me.
