Great friendly staff!
Staff are great, but it's definitely short staffed. Even when you schedule an appointment once called in and then sent back to give plasma will often take 15-20 minutes before your given plasma. From time of arrival to when I leave is almost 2 hours. The owner needs to hire more employees.
For a week now half the building has no a/c why???
