I've been coming to this location for a good while and had maybe 130+ donations here so of course there will be good ones and bad ones. Staff was always friendly and pleasant so I'd give 5 stars on that part. The nurses are great and knowledgeable. The corporate side is what you'd think it would be like in any place that prefers to make money. The wait times are so-so and the newest machines are twice as fast as the old ones. Everybody at this location is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I've donated multiple times at another location in central Florida and never had an issue. I've donated at this specific location twice and both times I've been treated terribly. You are medical professionals, so act like it.
