If I could give negative stars I would. The tech dropped an open gauze on the floor and them placed it on my bleeding arm. While reaching for the gauze she pulled on my arm causing a massive hematoma. Mgmt's handling of this was pathetic at best. Strongly advise going elsewhere!

I’m only giving this center a 3 star review because of the older Asian lady named Margery i encountered, when i come donate, she has horrible customer service, I can hear her yelling from across the center, I feel as if you don’t have that good of customer service, she shouldn’t be working here she has a nasty attitude I even noticed that she talks to other people crazy. I think otherwise the center is very cleanly and organized and the other staff are wonderful people.
I love this center but it one worker a older Asian lady, that has no Customer service, She is very rude and I have caught her multiple times yelling at her coworkers, that is the only reason why I’m giving the 1 star, other then that this is a great center and all the other workers are great, and very efficient. And the center is clean.
Untrained staff and poor customer service. Better options all around town. Please avoid this place.
