Seriously, they're hurting both my veins. They should have better staff because none of the ones they have this morning know what they're doing. They tried four different girls and none of them could do their job properly. They should have a well-trained on each shift because they do have good girls, but they're all on the same shift. The morning shift is useless. What a disappointment!
As new donor they busted a vein badly bruising my arm above & below the antecubital fossa. I couldn’t donate for 2-3 weeks. There goes the new donor bonuses. Other time a male employee removed me from signing in just because I had to use the restroom telling me I had to sign in again after. I was told that I could not donate due to my protein being low, even after the fact that I had already donated twice with “low protein”. This was after one of my referrals had gone to donate.
