I usually have no complaints but sometimes you get a chair and still have to wait 30 minutes just to get stuck. If you’re impatient, I would suggest coming as soon as they open if you can because the wait times vary every day.
So this one star review breaks my heart, I have been going to Grifols for many months now and it's been amazing, such a good clean area and amazing phlebotomist. It's just been super great. But a couple weeks back I had to have blood drawn and found out that my protein levels for low, so I said ok cool so when can i find out the results to know if i am good or how close I am to being back on track I was told on three different occasions that you have to wait a week for a result then they tell you if you pass or not. The place is defined clean. The issue at this location is that Noone is at the front desk when you walk in. And when they finally come out they sit there laughing about the cxs waiting up front. One specific guy that was laughing who was supposed to be up front was the short guy with the curly hair that's blonde,black&brown, ge has braces i believe. He found himself laughing at the cxs waiting. Another problem is alot of the phlebotomist waits along time to stick others & to take them down once their donation is complete. Wh... read more
I want to give a HUGEEEE APPLAUD to DAVID, who's a HARD DEDICATED WORKER & don't waste time doing his job. David is ON THE GO at all times working hard while I see a couple of the other workers chit chatting. DAVID deserves a raise, a bonus something that shows he's appreciated for his hard dedicated work there. Overall Grifols is a wonderful place to donate & i recommend this clean facility to others.
