For the last few months it was changed to appts only. Fine things should move smoother and faster right? Nope. My appt was for 9:15 it was 10:45 im finally sitting in a chair waiting to be connected (have been for the last 20 minutes) the employees have too many side conversations, personal conversations not having to do with work, laughing joking taking up peoples time.
