For the last few months it was changed to appts only. Fine things should move smoother and faster right? Nope. My appt was for 9:15 it was 10:45 im finally sitting in a chair waiting to be connected (have been for the last 20 minutes) the employees have too many side conversations, personal conversations not having to do with work, laughing joking taking up peoples time. Terrible service! Hire people who care and don't mind WORKING! Stop wasting people's time! If you had a little bit of common sense you would realize job security is good customer service. I'm shocked you're still in operation you fail over and over and over again!
Absolutely terrible service. Came in as a new donor, did not receive instructions at all on how to check in. no person at the front desk to ask for guidance. it’s a shame you got the worst screener who don’t know how to talk to people and feel the need to yell instead of do their job. also dont have a sign saying “appointments only today” and then when someone comes in for an appointment, they aren’t taken after waiting for over 20 min
Absolutely painfully understaffed, and the answering machine provides incorrect information. I will not be returning. EDIT: AND I had some lady here go off on my on some political rant about trans people when I was here a while ago. Gross.
