Contacted this company to do an assessment at my home. Ted came out walked through my home and did his inspection. He was knowledgeable, but left me hanging. I paid around $600 for them to come out, he didn’t take one sample but went back to his office and emailed me a quote for over $18,000 without taking a sample. Do not use this company. They have no incentive to tell you your house is safe. They do the inspection AND the remediation -- it is a conflict of interest that is not allowed in other areas like asbestos. But mold isn't regulated or licensed in SC so they just do whatever they want, and their job is to scare the heck out of you so that they can sell you as much unnecessary work as possible.
