Do not use this company. They have no incentive to tell you your house is safe. They do the inspection AND the remediation -- it is a conflict of interest that is not allowed in other areas like asbestos. But mold isn't regulated or licensed in SC so they just do whatever they want, and their job is to scare the heck out of you so that they can sell you as much unnecessary work as possible. I can not put into words how great this company and ownership is! Not only do they do professional, great work they are honest, high-integrity folks who work very hard for their client. We had a water heater leak under our house for about 3 weeks, during the hottest part of the summer. Water damage, Mold, wet insulation..... name it. The FIRST water/mold damage company we called (who we have used before with no issues).... came out, sent a 20 something under the house, took some photos, called the insurace comany and said ye... read more
