Contacted this company to do an assessment at my home. Ted came out walked through my home and did his inspection. He was knowledgeable, but left me hanging. I paid around $600 for them to come out, he didn’t take one sample but went back to his office and emailed me a quote for over $18,000 without taking a sample. I reached back out to Ted two times to get some questions answered and some insight on what type of work was to be done, no response. This company literally took my $600 and ran.
