Excellent service from start to finish. Most impressed with communication. Any concerns or questions were quickly answered either by phone or email.
The team at BioTechs could not have been more compassionate and empathetic during our difficult time. Admittedly, we were unaware of the processes relating to the cleaning - following the death of a loved one. However, Lauren and her team took us through what to expect and made a point of emphasizing that we could reach out to them at any time.
