The team at BioTechs could not have been more compassionate and empathetic during our difficult time. Admittedly, we were unaware of the processes relating to the cleaning - following the death of a loved one. However, Lauren and her team took us through what to expect and made a point of emphasizing that we could reach out to them at any time. I would highly recommend reaching out to their team if you are (unfortunately) in need of these services.
