From the first phone call to the completion of service, Biotech did an outstanding job with the bio hazard clean up and the content removal when my son passed away unexpectedly in his apartment. They made such a difficult situation less stressful with their kindness and compassion. I live in another state and Deanna kept me updated on everything.
The entire crew with BioTechs were absolutely wonderful to work with! They helped me with my mother's house (2) years after she had passed, with compassion and thoughtfulness, which was extremely appreciated.
