Communication and friendly service are top notch here. I've worked with BTS extensively for many years across various different companies. FSE Marcus is knowledgeable, efficient, and keeps me well-informed about any identified issues. Office Manager Margo is always a pleasure to work with as well. She makes service requests a breeze and is so patient and accommodating with any last minute changes I may throw at her. Great company with great staff!
These guys are the best!
BTS provided a great service for our cryostat. They took the time to find the problem and fix it. They kept in touch with us for several days after the service. 100% recommended.
Really love their service. Jason Ensign is a awesome technician. Communication is the best part about BTS, always on time and explain everything I need to know on what service they are doing. Recommend for calibration and validation service.
Non responsive, incompetent. Be prepared for long delays if you do business with them.
