Very helpful, efficient and thorough.. Great to work with and took care of rodent issues which put me at ease. Dominic understood my concerns and that made the situation very manageable. I originally used Biotech for ants and they were excellent so I continued with them for the mice. This was cleared within a couple of visits. What a relief!

A few years ago after coming home from vacation, I realized I had come home with spiders and other crawly things… I was recommended to Biotech and couldn't have been happier with them as they got rid of the bugs in one treatment. They are VERY professional, returned every phone call in a timely manner, showed up for appointments on time and are the nicest of people. Service A+, Professionalism A+ and can be trusted in every way. I continue to use them and recommend them!
