I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but maybe they will take this review and make some changes or save someone else the trouble. Initially, my husband found this place because it was highly recommended and the reviews were excellent. I’ll start off by saying that I really tried hard to give this place a chance. I have been to 3 appointments here and every single time I have to wait well over an hour to be seen. They wrote me a prescription and then let it lapse. I called to try and get it refilled and then never call back. The pharmacy has also sent multiple fax attempts to get a refill for me. They are completely unresponsive. I finally saw them in person again and they apologized for the situation and promised to get it refilled but then still did not. I wouldn’t ever go back or send someone here

I am only leaving this review in hopes to prevent someone else from the same experience. If you are scheduling with this office based on the five star reviews- please reconsider. Details below, but the short of it is the entire staff quit, services were ordered, purchased and appointments made but they could not deliver and will not call you back. I appreciate the comprehensive testing and care I've received so far. The wait times are a little longer than expected when in the waiting room. In addition, I've noticed communication with the office can be delayed. I've called several times about my prescription and messaged in the portal as well, but was told it is in her stack to send to the pharmacy when finally speaking to a staff member.
