I appreciate the comprehensive testing and care I've received so far. The wait times are a little longer than expected when in the waiting room. In addition, I've noticed communication with the office can be delayed. I've called several times about my prescription and messaged in the portal as well, but was told it is in her stack to send to the pharmacy when finally speaking to a staff member.

I am only leaving this review in hopes to prevent someone else from the same experience. If you are scheduling with this office based on the five stars reviews- please reconsider. Details below, but the short of it is the entire staff quit, services were ordered, purchased and appointments made but they could not deliver and will not call you back. I wanted so badly to have the same experience others did here however my experience with Biosynergy has been a complete let down. I first waited a month to be seen but wasn’t too concerned with the wait time if it meant getting some answers to the issues I was experiencing. Went in for my initial appointment and was sold $100+ dollars in vitamins and was told they would see me back in two weeks once my lab work came back.
