I see all these good reviews but, I can't even get a hold of anyone. I've called multiple times even sent a text like the voicemail said and still haven't heard anything. Just moved into a town home & it's smells like animal! Trying to find a solution. I guess Biosweep is not the solution for us.

We bought a house that had a horrible cat urine and smoke odor. We got it professionally cleaned, we cleaned it ourselves and used every cleaning product we could think of but nothing worked. I saw biosweeps van driving around and did some research on them to make sure they could get the job done. Called Jim that day and talked to him about our situation and he promptly sent one of his guys out to look at it. Jim, truly cares for his clients and really understands what needs to be done to remove odors. I was worried about the smoke smell coming out of our home that had been in a fire after he was done it was night and day difference. I would highly recommend him!
