Dr's seem very qualified though not too personable. Also, support staff very rude and unsympathetic and can't seem to wait to get off the phone with you.
I had a radiofrequency ablation with plasma performed by Dr. Bono on October 2, 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Dr. Bono performed a laminectomy on me in 2022. When I returned with the same disc providing immense pain, with all of my previous symptoms back, they effectively told me to kick rocks because I was 29. This was after they gave me the runaround for 5 months of the pain getting worse. Go to TGH with USF health. They performed an artificial disc replacement (a procedure biospine provides) and effectively saved my life from inescapable pain. Biospine only help when it's a slam dunk, nothing more.
