Bioshield services is the biggest ripoff I've seen in a very long time. I don't see any change in insect populations and when I complain the agents want to come into my house to spray. I don't know these people and I'm not going to allow strangers to have access to my basement, garage, and kitchen areas to spray chemicals that I know nothing about. I am very displeased with the customer service or should I say LACK of Customer service that BioShield, Virginia Beach has given. I have made numerous attempts to contact them to discuss issues with their services and can not contact anyone. Phone numbers (3 different ones) have no message capability, emails are not answered or are returned with "permanent error" messages. Very frustrating not to be able to talk to anyone who is providing you a paid service.
This is by far the most incompetent, unprofessional and unethical company that I have ever dealt with. Not sure if this company is in the process of changing its name but I signed a contract with BioShield to get rid of Norwegian tree rats. In the process, I was suckered into getting an annual exterminating contract. BioShield was to remove/replace moisture barrier, remove/replace installation and seal entry points.
