This doctor's office erroneously charged me $325. I saw this charge in January and hadn't been to the doctor's office since about November. When I called them to find out what this charge was about, they had no idea what the charge was for (which is unprofessional in itself). After they talked to insurance (which took another few weeks), they admitted that they wrongly charged me and would provide me with a check in two weeks when they got the money back from the insurance company.
