I have been an OptionCare patient for approximately 10 years. I have late stage neurological Lyme Disease and have my third port through which I deliver my IV antibiotics. I have never had a major problem with OptionCare or one that couldn’t be solved in a civilized manner. I would NOT transfer to any other infusion service company. I plan to remain a patient at OptionCare as long as I need them and would highly recommend this company to any other person needing the any of the services OptionCare provides. Five stars
I get infusion therapy at the York, PA office every eight weeks. The care from the staff is great. I much prefer going to a small location like this than going to a hospital-based infusion center. Additionally, I save a significant amount of money by getting my infusions there instead of the hospital.
They have a habit of overbooking and don’t call until a day or two before the appointment to change the appointment. This has occurred numerous occasions. Where is the quality control?
