It was my first visit and the experience was incredible. Each staff member met me with incredible kindness and patience. The team took their time with me to ask questions on how I’m feeling and how they can support via different treatment options. They created a custom experience for me in a warm cozy room with dim light and a cozy blanket in a luxury leather reclining chair. They also interviewed me after to ensure I enjoyed my experience. Zero selling, all personal connection. Love that - 10/10 recommend.

Very frustrated with the customer service. The provider seems great but the follow up, texting and lack of VM is beyond frustrating. No one follows up as they say they will, orders do not get placed or followed up on. So dissatisfied
