Most sketchy scam billing ever Had two labs done at a doctor's office in the financial district, on 4/1/25 and 4/24/25. This was for bloodwork, EKG and urine sample, etc. They bill my insurance and the claims are paid, great (see UHC claims approved photos). This lab takes advantage of patients by running in office blood work for various doctors and then they participate IN SUPRISE billing. I'm left paying over $1,000 out of pocket completely surprised which I did not agree to upfront for blood work that I was only told was covered by my insurance, ended up finding out it was all towards my deductible. I live in Florida had a appointment for blood work at their Clermont location on October 1st and was not notified of their departure from Florida two weeks ago. Unprofessional company in not notifying their customers that they were leaving the state wake up Bio reference.
